Already a world-renown mouse surgeon with over 25 years of both practical and teaching experience, she spent the remainder of the year honing her skills and expertise in rat surgery by traveling the world, meeting with customers, and building the foundation of what has become [Instech's new Education program](https://www.instechlabs.com/education).  Instech has always been a proponent of quality education and relying on good science as a core component of its business strategy, so launching a dedicated program was the logical next step in growth.
