We are seeking a results-driven and confident Controller to join our 40-person privately-held manufacturing company. The Controller is responsible for the accounting, reporting, financial and tax compliance functions of the company. The role will report to the President.

Requirements
  • CPA strongly preferred 
  • At a minimum, Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, and 5 years of progressively responsible relevant experience
  • Experience with manufacturing and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred

Your Tasks

  • Enter and schedule orders in accounting system
  • Act as gatekeeper for CRM (SalesForce.com)
  • Ensure timely delivery of product and docs including import/export requirements
  • Manage order-related complaints
Your Background
  • Training in Business Administration with orientation to international trade
  • Bachelor degree is a plus but not a hard requirement
  • Professional experience in sales support, order management
  • Experiences in custom, stocking and shipment matters is a plus
  • Experience with order processing, CRM and accounting software solutions
  • Good language skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
