Custom Swivels

In addition to the standard models, Instech can manufacture custom sizes of swivels within in the limits of the seal designs. From the outside these swivels look just like Instech's standard swivels — they are precision machined from stainless steel, 3/8-inch in diameter and 2 1/4-inch (single) or 2 3/8-inch (dual) in length. What varies is the size of the center and side channels. The largest possible inner diameter on a single channel swivel is 16ga; the largest possible dual channel model is 19TW. (In the past we have built larger ID dual channel swivels using a different seal design; however, that design has been discontinued.) Custom swivels are typically built to order.
