Peristaltic Pump Tube Sets

A wide variety of tube sizes, tube materials, and connector types allows you to tailor your Instech P720 peristaltic pump to the flow rates, solutions, and connectors of your particular application. Tube sets typically last about one month under continuous operation.


Tube sets are available in packages of five. New pumps no longer include tube sets. Specify the tubing and connectors using a part number as follows:

 

 

 

The 12 standard configurations listed below are typically held in stock for fast delivery of moderate quantities. Custom tube sets are also available, but allow 4 to 5 days for them to be made to order. Download the PDF below for details on all the possible custom configurations.

 

Please note that these tube sets are not compatible with Instech's P625 OEM peristaltic pumps.

 

 

DUAL TUBE SET WARNING: Dual channel tube sets, particularly the 062 size, place more stress on the pump motor than do single channel tube sets, which will shorten the life of the pump. Pumps with spur gearheads (P720/37K, P720/10K and P720) are more susceptible to this stress than are pumps with planetary gearheads (P720/66). In addition, dual 062 tube sets make contact with the sides of the pump rotor, which will cause those tube sets to wear faster than other sizes.
