Polarographic Oxygen Measurement

Instech has been manufacturing high-quality dissolved oxygen measurement systems for more than 30 years. The polarographic systems are based on Instech miniature Clark-style electrode. Measuring only 1/8 of an inch in diameter (3.2 mm), it has been designed to measure dissolved oxygen concentrations in small samples. It is ideal for metabolic studies of mitochondria, cell suspensions, and enzyme assays.

Instech's polarographic electrodes work with Instech model 203 amplifiers as well as the YSI 5300A Biological Oxygen Monitor and Diamond General Chemical Microsensor.
