Polarographic Oxygen Electrodes

Instech's Clark style polarographic electrode measures 1.625" (41.3 mm) long by 0.125" (3.2 mm) in diameter. The cathode is an exposed section of 0.005" (0.1 mm) pure platinum wire in a fused glass seal.

NOTE: Instech's polarographic systems have been discontinued and replaced with fiber optic fluorescence lifetime systems. Electrodes with cables, as shown at left, are no longer available as the connectors used in the cable have been discontinued. Instech can supply replacement electrodes, part no. 125/05R, when the customer returns the cable. These replacement electrodes are compatible with Instech, YSI and Diamond General cables (old part numbers 125/05, 125/05Y and 125/05D). Please request an RA number before returning your old electrode/cable assembly.
