Instech’s oxygen monitoring systems are frequently used for biological measurements such as mitochondrial oxygen uptake, islet oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and enzyme reaction rates. The original polarographic and fiber optic fluorescence amplitude systems have now been replaced by the more accurate and more stable fiber optic fluorescence lifetime systems.
