Instech Solomon has added reusable metal feeding tubes to its line of products for rodent oral gavage. While many researchers prefer the convenience of disposable plastic feeding tubes, others may prefer to use traditional metal types.

The needles are comprised of a stainless steel tube and ball and a nickel-plated brass hub. They comply with ISO 594 specifications. All needles are sold straight, but can easily be bent for optimized use.

The needles are sold in packs of 6 and are competitively priced. The needles are sterilized prior to shipping, which means they are immediately ready for use on study.
